As a conservation easement or land donor.

Provide a lasting legacy through a gift of land or a conservation easement. All of our protected lands and conservation easements are obtained through generous donations. Outright gifts, discounted sales, bequests and many other innovative forms of giving can produce great benefits for land conservation while also offering significant tax savings and estate planning benefits.

As a volunteer.

Volunteers provide immeasurable assistance to our efforts. For example, a team of land protection volunteers perform annual site inspections on the many properties that HeadWaters has protected using conservation easements. Click here to learn more.
